For those less deluded, here is my recipe on making delicious hot cocoa using a French Press.

1. First grind up some nice chocolate or get some very fine cocoa powder.
2. Put it in the French Press (2 table spoons or 30g per cup).
3. Boil some milk until it is warm enough to your tastes. (6oz or 200ml per cup)
4. Put the milk in the press, put the lid on and wait for 2 minutes.
5. After 2 minutes, do the usual french press motion until the cocoa is nice and smooth
6. Pour into a cup and enjoy hot cocoa as the fancy Euro-types do.
